Hushtag for realtors and brokerages · St. Albert, Edmonton and across Alberta

Use AI on offers and emails. Keep your clients private.

Agents and assistants use ChatGPT to compare offers, summarize conditions and draft client emails. Hushtag swaps client names, phone numbers, current addresses and ID numbers for hashtags before the AI sees them, then restores them in the answer.

What your team uses AI for

Same AI tools. No identities.

Offer summaries

Summarize terms and conditions in plain language for your client.

Counter-offer emails

Draft a professional counter in seconds.

Client updates

Status emails without names and numbers going to the AI.

Listing descriptions

Write the listing from notes that include the seller’s details.

Hushtag catches: Client names · phone numbers · current addresses · email addresses · ID numbers · bank and account numbers · birth dates. Add your own client or patient list so every name is always hushed.

The rules you work under

Alberta privacy law, in plain words.

Real estate brokerages in Alberta are organizations under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and also handle identity information for anti-money-laundering records. PIPA expects reasonable security arrangements for the personal information you hold.

Hushtag keeps client names, contact details and ID numbers on your computer instead of sending them to an AI company. It doesn't make your brokerage compliant on its own; follow your brokerage’s privacy policy and your regulator’s guidance.

How it works

Hush, ask, restore.

  1. Paste as usualThe Chrome extension hushes details the moment text is pasted into ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Gemini in the browser. For PDFs, scans, Word and Excel, the web app makes a hushed copy in your browser.
  2. The AI works with hashtagsThe same person always gets the same hashtag, so letters and summaries still make sense.
  3. Real details go back inOne shortcut restores names and numbers in the answer, on your screen only.
